Eleven towns within a short drive of 63 High Street in Chislehurst, and not one of them is a fence. We work across south east London and Kent.

Semis off the A20 with concrete drives from the sixties that have cracked and sunk. We take them up to the sub-base and lay block paving properly. Patios and render across DA14 and DA15 too.

The old village end of the borough, with smaller frontages, older brick and a conservation feel round the High Street. Materials and edges matter more here than anywhere. Driveways, patios and render in DA5.

What we get called out for round here
Houses in this part of Kent have a lot in common. Interwar semis with pebbledash that has had its day, concrete tiled roofs coming to the end of their life, and driveways that were laid before anyone owned two cars.
Much of BR5, BR6 and BR7 also sits on London clay, which shrinks in a dry summer and swells again in winter. That is why the depth of the sub-base under a driveway matters here more than the block you choose, and why we would rather dig deeper than lay prettier.
